There are some new movies and shows coming out on streaming services this weekend if you're looking for something good to watch. Below is the lineup of new stuff. And don't forget Ted Lasso on Apple TV +, one of the best shows on TV. And Modern Love on Amazon Prime which came out last week. Part of it was filmed in Albany's Washington Park. • Friday on Netflix: "Sweet Girl" stars Jason Momoa as a husband who vows to bring justice to the people responsible for his wife’s death, while protecting the only family he has left.His daughter is played by Isabela Merced.(Trailer)
• Friday on Amazon: "Annette" stars Adam Driver and Marion Cotillard. He's a famous stand-up comedian, she's an opera singer, and their celebrity lives are turned upside down by the birth of their first child, Annette.(Trailer)
• Friday at 8:00 p.m. Eastern on ESPN: "Preseason Football". The Arizona Cardinals host the Kansas City Chiefs.
• Friday at 9:00 p.m. on CBS: The second season premiere of "The Greatest #AtHome Videos".
• Friday on Netflix: The series premiere of "The Chair", starring Sandra Oh as the first woman to chair a major university's failing English department.
• Saturday at 8:00 p.m. on all the major networks: "Stand Up to Cancer". Your hosts are Anthony Anderson, Ken Jeong, and Sofia Vergara. And the performers will include Common and Stevie Wonder.
