We were all shocked last month when Paulina Bucka, an anchor for WNYT, who had just come here four months prior, left the station rather abruptly. Of course, it left us all wondering what happened. Well, now we know. In an interview with the Times Union's Kristi Gustafson Barlette, Paulina talks about her reasons for leaving WNYT (she wanted to do more human interest stories, and the anchor job really didn't allow for that). She also speaks about her background regarding her father's death by suicide, the divorce she recently went through and more. And now she's launching a podcast that she hopes will be interesting and helpful to others who are also going through difficult times, but coming out on the other side of them.
