A new restaurant has finally opened in the spot where Provence used to be in Stuyvesant Plaza. It's called Josie's Table and it looks like it's really good. It just opened a few days ago, and right now, you can only dine there with a reservation. They're not taking walk in's right now, but that will change in the future. Right now tho, if you'd like to try it out, you'll need to make a reservation. You can find out how to do that and more about the restaurant here. As of now it has six entrees (chicken, beef, salmon, etc and a couple of vegetarian options). There are pizzas and appetizers. I'm looking forward to trying the new place.
