Proving once again that animals, in this case, dogs, just rock! Their love is unconditional. And along with being our best friends, they sometimes can save our lives. Check this out. 81 year old Harry Smith of Port St. Lucie, Florida was out walking with his beagle, Sarah last week. Harry is wheelchair bound. Well while he was out, he hit a bump in his wheelchair and fell out, slid down an embankment and into a pond. Harry can't use his legs so he couldn't get out, but not to worry. Sarah, his faithful pup stayed right by his side, splashing up and down in the water and barking loudly. Thankfully a couple of men working nearby heard the dog and ran to see what was the matter, and they immediately jumped into the water to save Harry. They were credited with being heroes, which they are, but even both of them said the real hero was Sarah, Harry's beagle best friend! Thankfully all are doing great!! Now that's a great story!!
