We all know Dolly Parton is an incredibly singer and songwriter, but she's also a wonderful human being. Dolly has done so much from her reading program for kids, to donating money to help fund the Covid vaccine. And now she's trying to make the world a better place by offering employees who work at her Dollywood Theme Park a chance to continue their education....FOR FREE. Check this out. It was announced last week that Dollywood Parks and Resorts will be covering 100% of tuition, fees and books for ANY employee. That includes seasonal employees, part time and full time staff. The President of Dollywood said " We want hosts (employees) to develop themselves through advanced learning to fulfill the foundations that include: care more, dream more and be more!" Proving that Dolly Parton is just an incredible person. Let's hope more companies follow Dolly's lead!
