Yesterday we had a beautiful day which made it feel like Spring in the Capital Region! And while today isn't going to be as nice as yesterday, we have another sign that Spring is in the air. Today is the day that Jack's Drive In in Wynantskill opens for the season! They have the best sliders in town and it definitely feels like Spring and Summer when you eat one! I'll be heading over today for one of the first sliders of the season. Oh and if you're wondering about Jumpin' Jacks in Scotia...March 31st is their opening day! Put it on the calendar!
