I feel like every week, I'm sharing the news of a new anchor or reporter leaving one of our local news stations. And here we go. Emily DeVito posted on her Facebook page yesterday that this will be her last week with NewsChannel 13. Emily has been with the station since 2017, and has anchored the noon broadcast, the morning broadcast and filled in for other positions. Emily is leaving news altogether, at least for now. She's going to be the communications director for CDTA. As you can read in her post below, she said that news is truly her passion but that it was time to move on. We wish Emily nothing but the best in her new career. She will be missed.
