Meet the loveable, energetic Marsha, our Pet of the Week from the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society! Marsha is a 3yo female mixed breed (looks like an Aussie shepherd mix). Marsha Marsha Marsha! This sweet girl is all go-go-go all the time. She may be shy at first, but once she’s comfortable, your fetch arm better be warmed up! She’s silly, goofy, and even a little mischievous (in a good way). She likes to play with dogs, but a playdate is a must; she can be too much for some occasionally. Like most working breeds, she does best when she’s got a job to do, and likes lots of exercise and mental stimulation. She may be three, but she still has some puppy behaviors. She would be great in an obedience class, and that would be a great way to bond with a new owner. Marsha is one of the lucky dogs in our foster-to-adopt program. This means that you get a three-week trial period to make sure it’s the right fit for your family AND for Marsha. During this time, you have a direct contact to help with anything that comes up!
