Meet the adorable cuddly Pacific, our Pet of the Week from the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society! Here's Pacific, a10.5yo female domestic shorthair who is a love!! Pacific is a sweet, affectionate senior lady looking for a home where she can be spoiled like the queen she is. She is what could be considered a Velcro kitty: she wants to spend as much time with you as she can! Pacific does have diabetes, so she needs to go to a home that can help manage that. Our vet team here has gotten her diabetes under control and is maintained well with medication and diet. Our team will explain how to keep it manageable, and it is something you should continue to monitor with your personal vet.
