This is such a fantastic Pick Me Up: Thomas Catallo and Frank Gimmelli, who are both 98 years young, and WWII Veterans will lead Waterford's Memorial Day Parade as grand marshals on May 25th! This will be the first parade since Covid hit in 2020. According to the Times Union, the men are very humble, and at first thought the Town should pick someone else. But they were talked into it and now they will lead the parade. This is such a beautiful way to honor veterans ! These are two amazing men. The Waterford Memorial Day parade kicks off at 7pm this Wednesday and will start at Grace Street and march along Saratoga Avenue and Broad Street to Soldiers and Sailors Park. A memorial service will be held in the Park! We thank these two amazing men for their service and all others veterans who are with us and those that gave the ultimate sacrifice. God bless
