Meet Milo, our Bengal Pet of the Week from the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society! This is Milo, a 10yo male Bengal, cat! This stunning boy is looking for a kingdom of his own. Milo is a Bengal cat. Bengal cats are known to be affectionate, active, and vocal: all of the things we would say match Milo perfectly! He is incredibly smart, and loves to spend time with his humans as they gaze upon his beauty. Milo would prefer to be an only pet, but honestly, a Bengal will be more than you need! Being a gentleman of a certain age, there are a few health issues cropping up, but they should be manageable with your personal vet. Also this is pretty exciting! Mohawk Hudson Humane society has revamped and reinvigorated their summer camp program, and they are so excited to offer it this summer! There are two different camps: Paw Pals (for rising K-5 students) and Humane Heroes (for rising 6-12 students). Each program is geared specifically towards age groups. Paw Pals will learn about the basics of animal care of both domestic and farm animals, and will do so with hands-on experiences, field trips, art projects, and more! Humane Heroes provides hands-on experiences for those that love animals and may be interested in working in animal welfare.
