Well it feels like we've been waiting for this for about two years since we first heard about it, and now it's happening! The Who's The Boss sequel series is heading to Amazon's FreeVee (the network formerly known as IMDb TV). The show will be back with original stars Tony Danza and Alyssa Milano as father and daughter Tony and Samantha Micelli! Apparently, the sequel series will take place about 30 -35 years after the original with Alyssa's character Samantha now a single mom and living in the house she grew up in...the same house from the original series! According to producers the show "will explore generational differences, as well as opposing world views and parenting styles within the dynamic of a modern family in 2022." Now I'm hoping that since it says 2022 that we can expect the show before the end of the year! So far Judith Light and Danny Pintauro are not set to star, but producers are hoping they can find a way to work them into the show at some point. I'm all in for this. I think it sounds fun, and it will be great to see those characters again..they're like old friends. What do you think? Will you watch? Let me know on the TRY Facebook page.
