This is such a great pick me up! This young man is a great example to all of us! 17 year old Adrian Rodriquez was shopping in the grocery store when he found a purse that had clearly been left behind. He opened the purse and saw that there was a driver's license in it, so he took the initiative to drive to the woman's house to bring the purse back to her. However, Eliana Martin, the woman who owned the purse, had moved and never changed her driver's license. But, the woman who did live at the address knew Eliana and said she would get the purse back to her. All of this was recorded on the ring doorbell at the house. Well, Eliana was so moved by Adrian's act of honesty, that she took the video from the ring doorbell and posted it on social media, and the praise for Adrian came rolling in. But Eliana felt like more needed to be done for this amazing young man, so she started a GoFundMe page for him and so far, it has raised more than $15,000 donated by over 600 people! Adrian is surprised that his act of kindness has gotten so much attention because he said he was just doing the right thing. In fact he said " My mom always told me since I was little to always do the right thing when nobody's around." That's exactly what he did. Good for Adrian! He gives me hope for the future!
