This is an AMAZING Pick Me Up!! A Nashville couple helps a 13-year-old boy raise money for soccer camp. Austin and Lexy Burke were headed out to lunch in Nashville, when they spotted 13-year-old Niko Christianson at his roadside stand braving the 102 degree heat to sell lemonade. The couple approached the teen and asked him about his fundraiser. “Are you trying to raise money for anything?,” Lexy asked. Nico explained that his soccer team was invited to go to Portugal and because the trip was going to be expensive, his dad said he wanted him to pay some of the money. What Niko didn’t know was that Lexy has a popular TikTok channel where she calls herself the “Serial Tipper.” She taps into her 1.8-million followers to raise money to give to random strangers. Lexy asked Niko how long he’d be out there and then immediately went to work letting her followers know about the boy’s fundraiser. She and her husband showed up a little while later and gave Niko $11-hundred that they’d crowdfunded. They even set up a GoFundMe to try and raise the rest of the money that Niko would need for his trip. The teen couldn’t believe how lucky he was to have Lexy find him that day and thanked her over and over for her generosity.
