Today's Pick Me Up is one that will make any animal lover so happy. Five years ago, the Malstrom family had their two year old German Shepherd Sheba stolen from their lawn. They had a surveillance camera that caught the thieves in the act. But sadly, that didn't help them find their dog. They put up flyers and searched and searched but nothing. They even had the local news do a story on it, but still nothing. They assumed they would never see Sheba again. Until last week. Six years after Sheba went missing, the Malstrom family received a message from Animal Control 600 miles away saying they had found Sheba. They couldn't believe it. Their beloved dog was alive and coming home to them. They may never know what happened to Sheba but they do know that she will be back with her family forever. This is a great story to remind us to never give up hope. And to always microchip your pets!
