Today's 98.3 TRY Social Dilemma came from Brian, and its about eating in the car. Here's his email: Hey Jaime. Here's a dilemma. I went to pick up a friend of mine at the airport, which I think is doing a nice favor for someone. Anyway, he hops in my car with a half of a sub eating away. He told me he couldn't finish it before I got there and he didn't want it to go to waste. Of course, there was lettuce spilling out all over the place. I told him to get out of my car....that he had to finish the sub outside. He started laughing. I wasn't kidding. So I made him get out on the sidewalk to finish the sub, while I did a loop around the Albany Airport. Now he's ticked off at me. I tried to explain that no one gets to eat in my car but he thinks I'm being way too strict. Whatever, I want my car to stay nice. Did I overreact? Or do you think what I did was okay? Thanks for the help ~ Brian. Well, I understand how Brian feels. I don't know that I would ask my friend to get out of the car, but I might ask them to wrap up the sandwich until we got home, but that's only because it's a new car. In six months, all bets will be off. What do you think? Is it okay to eat in the car, or should eating be done somewhere else. Let me know what you think on the TRY Facebook page.
