Sadly we have to tell you about someone else leaving the local airwaves. Meteorologist Craig Gold announced yesterday that he will be leaving CBS6. As you can see from his Facebook post below, Craig wrote that it was "time for a change." And it's a big change...he's leaving TV news and weather altogether. He's moving into the world of Public Relations. Mainly he said he's doing it because he wants to be able to spend time with his daughters and the hours of a meteorologist are all over the place. Craig said he'll remain on CBS6 doing weekend weather for the next three months while the station tries to find someone to take over his position. Craig will definitely be missed.
