Today's 98.3 TRY Social Dilemma came from Barry and it's about grocery shopping. Here's his email: Hi Jaime. What would you do in this situation. I went to the grocery store yesterday and bought two packages of ground beef. Did the Self Check Out and scanned my items. Apparently I didn't scan the 2nd package. My son, Collin noticed but didn't say anything at the store. When we got home he was telling my wife Colleen about it. I felt like a dummy. I didn't realize that it didn't scan. I gotta look up the package/price so I can pay, right? It was probably about $6. Or....should I just take the win, which is what I want to do. My wife says I need to go back so I'll be a good example for our son. Can't I just tell him that I went back? So I want to know what other people would do. Thanks so much Jaime! Enjoy your day ~ Barry. I have to admit, I would go back and pay. This has happened to me before. I'm sure it's happened to you too. Sometimes when I've gone back, I've paid. Other times, the store has said "don't worry about it." Either way though, I would go back. What about you? No judgment zone. Would you go back or would you just keep it.
