Did you watch on Friday night? Tracy Slocum, owner and creator of the Albany business Pretty Rugged appeared on Shark Tank Friday night to ask for a deal from the Sharks!! She did such a great job in front of them. I can't imagine how intimidating it must be to have to present your business and ask for cash to those entrepreneurs. But Tracy did it!!! She ended up getting a deal! We all know Pretty Rugged here in the area, but now the world will know about Pretty Rugged! It wouldn't surprise me to see them on QVC considering that Lori Greiner was one of the Sharks that anted up! She and shark Robert Herjavec teamed up to give Tracy $200,000 for 25% of her company! Pretty Rugged sells waterproof and windproof blankets and other clothing. After she accepted the offer from Lori and Robert, she said it was a dream come true!
