Saturday afternoon, I headed over to River's Casino for the Bro Show. Our radio stations were sponsoring the event, and I wanted to support my friends. The event was incredible. Got lots of Christmas shopping done for the men in my family. But for me, the highlight was meeting New York Yankee legend Bucky Dent. When I was 14 years old, I had Bucky's poster hanging on the wall of my bedroom. I can remember watching that 1978 one game playoff between the Yankees and the Red Sox when Bucky hit that amazing homerun to put the Yankees ahead. So to say I was a little excited is an understatement. It's amazing how quickly you turn into a little kid again when you meet your heroes. Here's the picture of me and Bucky! Cool thing is that he was such a nice guy. So much fun! And I'm sure he was pleased because there was a looooooong line of people there to meet him.
