I still can't believe that we all woke up to the news that Lisa Marie Presley had passed away due to a heart attack at the young age of 54. It's hard to believe. We just saw Lisa Marie Tuesday night at the Golden Globe Awards with her mom Priscilla supporting the movie Elvis. Lisa Marie said that Austin Butler really captured her father and everything about him...his voice, his mannerisms and his singing. She was cheering him on when he won for best actor. Last night we heard she had gone into cardiac arrest at her home, but was then brought to the hospital where her mother said "she was getting the best care possible." Sadly though, she passed. She leaves behind three daughters. Her son Benjamin had taken his own life a couple of years ago. I think we all want to believe she has now been reunited with her dad and her son. We hope so.
