I don't know about you, but I'm not happy about this. Channing Tatum announced that his production company has bought the rights to “Ghost”, and that he wants to remake it! Channing is looking to take over Patrick Swayze’s role, but is also looking to change things up for modern-day audiences. The actor let the news slip while doing pottery in real life during an interview with Vanity Fair. “We’re going to do something different,” Channing said, while also saying that the original had “problematic elements.” He didn't say exactly what those problems were. Personally I'm a big fan of the movie Ghost and I don 't think it should be remade. I like Channing Tatum, but no one should take over that Patrick Swayze role. And c'mon, there is no one better than Whoopi Goldberg in the role of Oda Mae (see the clip below). So I say leave it alone. What do you think? Good idea or bad idea that Channing is going to remake Ghost. Let me know what you think on the TRY Facebook page.
