Okay, let's talk about the musical performances at the Super Bowl. First off, Abbott Elementary's Sheryl Lee Ralph was AMAZING singing Lift Every Voice and Sing! Incredible! And then Babyface did an incredible job with America the Beautiful. At least in my opinion. And Chris Stapleton did a tremendous job on the Anthem. He brought several football players including the Eagle's coach to tears. I thought it was beautiful.
And now let's talk about Rihanna's halftime performance. I love Rihanna. I love her music, and I think she's so so good. Plus she's an incredible entrepreneur! Which is why I was disappointed in her halftime show. I loved the beginning with her and the dancers coming down on platforms but after that, I felt like she called it in. She was lip syncing for a good part of it. Which I am okay with if someone is really dancing, but Rihanna wasn't really dancing. So for me, I was let down.
