This is the time of year when we start finding out which of our favorite shows are sticking around, and which are not. Yesterday, CBS announced renewals for nine of their shows, leaving three on the "bubble." Yesterday CBS announced that the following shows were being renewed: NCIS, CSI: Vegas, The Amazing Race, 60 Minutes, NCIS: Hawaii, Survivor, Tough As Nails, Lingo and 48 Hours. Previously, CBS had already announced renewals for Fire Country, Young Sheldon, Ghosts, The Neighborhood, Bob Hearts Abishola, So Help Me Todd, The Equalizer, FBI, FBI: Most Wanted and FBI: International. And NCIS: LA is in it's final season.
That leaves three shows on the bubble And it's significant that they were not mentioned because that never bodes well. Those three shows are Blue Bloods, East New York and SWAT. I admit I stopped watching Blue Bloods a couple of years ago, but I do like East New York. I am still holding out hope for that one.
What do you think? Will you miss those three shows if they go away? Are you happy with what's been renewed? Let me know on the TRY Facebook page.
