Well, this is the sign of Spring we needed on a day like today with sleet and freezing rain falling all around us. Jumpin' Jack's in Scotia will be opening for the season on March 30th!! We have already known about some other places that are going to be opening soon. Places like The Dairy House in Saratoga and The Ice Cream Man in Greenwich, both of which will be opening on March 4th! And on March 18th, Coney Express at Guptill's will open for the season. But hearing about Jumpin's Jack's is the touch of Spring we needed on a winter storm day. I'm still following the Jack's Drive In Facebook page to find out when they're opening. Who doesn't love a slider from Jack's in Wynantskill? But so far no word yet, but in the past Jack's has always opened in early March. We hope that will happen again!
