Meteorologist Neal Estano is Leaving Channel 13!

For those of us who have been watching Neal Estano deliver the weather for a very long time, this will be hard to take. Neal is leaving WNYT, Channel 13 this week. According to the Times Union, he says he is NOT going to another station, but beyond that, has no comment as to what is next in his life. Neal has been on and off the air here in the Capital Region since 1987. That's a long run, and for a lot of people Neal is a part of their daily routine. Currently Neal is the morning meteorologist on Channel 13, along with Christina Talamo. I think I can speak for all of us when I say that Neal will be missed. His last day will be tomorrow, March 2nd.
