Tanglewood has announced the first round of artists set to play this summer at the Koussevitzky Music Shed this summer! Kicking off the season will be a live taping of NPR's comedic news program "Wait, Wait, Don't Tell Me!" on June 22nd So far we also know that the following artists will be playing!
June 23rd - Steve Miller Band with Bruce Hornsby & the Noisemakers
July 2nd - Robert Plant and Alison Krauss w/JD McPherson
July 3rd and 4th - James Taylor and Friends
August 24th - Train with Parmalee.
No doubt more artists will be added to the lineup, but this is the list so far, along of course, with the Boston Pops who will be playing many dates over the summer. Tickets for the announced show can be found at tanglewood.org
