I was so lucky to be able to take a little break and head a little bit south to Long Beach Island in New Jersey. We had such a nice relaxing time, spending time on the beach, reading, eating some good food (and ice cream!), playing a rousing tournament of Skip-Bo (we ended up tied at 4 games a piece), and just taking a minute to breathe. Life can get crazy as we all know and it's so important to take some time for yourself. We had a great time, but I'm always happy to come home! Check out some pics and a video of the ocean.
