It's been over a year and a half since we heard that Ruth's Chris Steakhouse was coming to the Capital Region. It's a high end steakhouse with locations all around the U.S. Ours will be on Wolf Road where the old Macaroni Grille used to be. Well, we finally found out when it's going to open....hopefully. The date is listed as August 28th! The restaurant will start taking reservations online on August 25th. You can click here to get the information.
