Disappointing news this morning. Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band have postponed all performances currently scheduled for September 2023, beginning with tomorrow's show scheduled for the JMA Wireless Dome in Syracuse, NY and including our show here in Albany at the MVP Arena scheduled for September 19th. Bruce is being treated for symptoms of peptic ulcer disease and the decision of his medical advisors is that he should postpone the remainder of his September shows. Bruce did release this statement: “Over here on E Street, we’re heartbroken to have to postpone these shows. First, apologies to our fabulous Philly fans who we missed a few weeks ago. We’ll be back to pick these shows up and then some. Thank you for your understanding and support. We’ve been having a blast at our US shows and we’re looking forward to more great times. We’ll be back soon. Love and God bless all, Bruce" It feels like those of us in the Capital District are really learning to be patient when it comes to seeing Bruce. We've been waiting since April when the first show was postponed. But I have faith in The Boss that when he's feeling better, he'll be back around. Ticketholders will receive information regarding rescheduled dates for the postponed shows in September. We wish Bruce the best with a speedy recovery so he can get back out and do what he does best!
