Social Dilemma: I Want My Neighbor's Cat Out of My Backyard!

Today's 98.3 TRY Social Dilemma came from Jesse and it's about her neighbor's cat. Here's the email: Hi Jaime. I'm in need of help. My neighbor lets their cat roam around the neighborhood. The cat is sweet and friendly, but it often comes into my yard, digs up plants in my garden and leaves unwanted 'gifts' behind. I've spoken to them politely about it, but nothing’s changed. How would you suggest I handle this without damaging my relationship with my neighbor? Thanks for the help ~ Jesse. Wow, this is hard because if Jesse has already spoken to them and they still haven't done anything, I'm not sure what she can do without using stronger language. I guess I would go to them again and let them know how much it bothers her and ask them again to please keep the cat out of her yard.
