Today's 98.3 TRY Social Dilemma came from Matt and it's about parking at work. Here's his email: Hi Jaime. I'm so upset about this, and I'm also a little embarrassed that I'm as upset as I am. Someone at work has started coming in earlier than me and decided to park in the spot I've been using for the last 5 years! And I'm really ticked off about it! I've been parking in that spot truly for five years. Never a problem. Suddenly this coworker decides to take it because he's coming in a few minutes before me. I don't think so. And before you ask, no there are no assigned parking spots, but c'mon, EVERYONE knows that's my spot. What would you do? Help me out here. Thanks ~ Matt. I understand how Matt feels. Here at iHeart we all park in the same spot every morning. It would be weird to come in and see someone parked in my spot. So we all kind of respect each other's space. If I was Matt, I might say something to the other person. Just keep it light and casual..hey, you know that's been my parking spot for years, something like that. What would you do?
