Today's 98.3 TRY Social Dilemma is from Ted and it's about a work situation. Here's his email: Hi Jaime. I recently discovered that one of my coworkers is taking credit for a project I spearheaded and spent a lot of time getting right. This isn’t the first time this has happened, and it's affecting my professional reputation, not to mention my attitude about the work. I'm not sure how to approach this problem without creating tension in the workplace. I don't want to be a tattletale, and I don't want to sound whiny, but I need to rectify this situation. What can I do? What would you do? What's the best way to handle this? Thanks so much ~ Ted. Well, I think a lot of us have been in this kind of situation. I would confront the coworker and ask what is going on? Why would he/she steal your work? Try to be honest with them. If that doesn't work, I think I would go to the boss with information that only you would know since you're the one who did the actual work. That's my best advice. What would you do?
