Today's 98.3 TRY Social Dilemma is about what you bring to a party. Here's the email: Hi Jaime I hope that you and the listeners can settle an argument between my husband and me. Do you think that it's ok to take your own leftovers home from a gathering? We were invited to a gathering over the weekend. Our job was to bring dessert and whatever we wanted to drink. So, we brought a big thing of fresh cookies from Sam's club, a bottle of wine for me and a six pack of beer for my husband. So, when we went to leave, there was still half a bottle of wine, 3 beers and about a dozen cookies. My husband packed all of that to take with us!!! I explained that it was rude, because they hosted and that you are supposed to leave that stuff behind. He said that it's ours and we should get to take it home. What's the right thing to do? Thanks so much ~ Sarah. Well, unless it was a specific kind of beverage or food that I knew no one else would drink or eat, I would leave it at the party. I often bring my Diet Pepsi with me wherever I go, and I will leave behind whatever I don't drink. But that's just me. What do you think?
