Today's 98.3 TRY Social Dilemma came from Martin and it's about a work issue, or HR issue. Here's the email: Hi Jaime. I'm in a jam. My wife and I were dining out over the weekend and we saw my boss, who is married, having dinner with his secretary. It was intimate and cozy. My wife didn’t know it wasn’t his wife and said hi to them and asked if it was his wife. His face turned beet red at this question and made him flustered. When I explained to her later that it was his secretary, she said I should say something to HR. I don’t know whether or not that would be a good idea. I know it’s the right thing to do, but I really don’t want to get myself in trouble over this. What should I do? Hope you have some good advice. Thanks ~ Martin. Well most workplaces will allow you to give information anonymously. Or at least anonymously to the person you're calling about. But is it Martin's place to say something or should he talk to the secretary first to see where her head is at? I'm not so sure about this one. What do you think? Let's help Martin out and let me know on the TRY Facebook page.
