Today's 98.3 TRY Social Dilemma came from Tanya and it's about towels in your hotel room. Here's her email: Hi Jaime. I recently went on a vacation with a friend of mine. We both got a little break from our spouses and families and enjoyed five days in Myrtle Beach. We had a great time except for one argument we had, and it had to do with the towels in the hotel room. Anytime you stay at a hotel these days, there is always a tag asking you to reuse your towels to help save water. Since that's what I do at home, use my shower towel twice before washing, it's what I do at the hotel. However, my friend would not do it. She said she shouldn't have to worry about saving water on her vacation and she wanted clean towels every single day. I felt like it was not only bad for the environment, but not so nice to the hotel staff. What do you think? Am I being too sensitive, or is my friend not being sensitive enough? Thanks so much ~ Tanya. Well, I'm with Tanya on this. I happily use the same towel twice at a hotel room. No big deal and if it helps them and saves water, I'm all in. What do you do? Let's help Tanya out and let me know on the TRY Facebook page.
