Today's 98.3 TRY Social Dilemma came from Tony and it's about a problem at work. Here's his email: Hi Jaime. I need backup on this. I don't think you're even going to believe it. I have to meet with my work’s Human Resources department because apparently someone told on me for using the handicap stall in the bathroom. It’s true. I did it. I guess someone either was waiting to see who came out of the bathroom or maybe they recognized my shoes. Either way, I feel like I had a good reason. I had an “emergency” and the handicapped stall was the only one available, so it was either use it…or have an accident to start off my work day. Anyway, is this enough of an excuse to not get in trouble? It seems kinda silly to me, but no one wants to mess with HR in this company. Thanks for the help ~ Tony. This seems out of hand to me. If no one was in the stall, anyone should be able to use it,right? Although I also got a "talking to" once when I used a handicap stall at a rest area. But I never thought they were ONLY to be used for those who are handicapped. Let's try to help Tony out. What do you think? Let me know on the TRY Facebook page.
