If you're a Yellowstone fan like me, you've been waiting a long time for the second half of season 5 of the series. We've been waiting well over a year due to the writers strike and the debate over whether Kevin Costner would return to the show. Well, now we know Kevin won't be returning, but we will finally be getting those new episodes in November of this year! Cannot wait!
And, now comes word that there will be a new sequel to Yellowstone on the way. We've already seen the prequels, 1883 and 1923 (both were fantastic), and now we'll be getting The Madison. The Madison will take place in present day, and it will be a "heartfelt study of grief and human connection following a New York City family in the Madison River valley of central Montana." It will star Michelle Pfeiffer, Matthew Fox (from Lost and Party of Five) and Patrick J. Adams (from Suits). They'll start filming soon, and we'll probably see it in the Spring of next year. I love all those actors and I have loved the whole Yellowstone universe so I'm looking forward to this.
There will also be a second season of 1923 on the way with Harrison Ford and Helen Mirren. So all kinds of good stuff to look forward to! You can watch all the current episodes of Yellowstone on Peacock. 1883 and 1923 are currently streaming on Paramount+
