Today's 98.3 TRY Social Dilemma came from Emily and it's about bullying. Here's her email: Hi Jaime. My name is Emily and a 48 year old mom. I had my one and only son when I was 38, so now I'm dealing with issues at a little bit of an older age than some of my peers. Anyway, I'm having a problem. My 10-year-old son has been coming home from school upset because he's being bullied by a classmate. Now, I've talked to his teacher and the school administration, but they haven't done anything about it. I'm worried about his well-being and don't know what to do next. Should I confront the other child's parents directly or consider pulling him out of the school? Hope you can help. Thank you ~ Emily Well I wouldn't consider pulling him out of school yet, but I would go back to the administration of the school, and if they don't respond, I would go to the school superintendent or school board. I don't know about reaching out to the other child's parents. Sometimes that can blow up in your face. What do you think? Let's help Emily out and let me know on the TRY Facebook page.
