S Dilemma: Should I Tell On My Coworker Who Is Smoking Pot in the Bathroom

Today's 98.3 TRY Social Dilemma came from Alyssa and it's about a work situation. Here's her email: Hi Jaime. I am having a real issue with a coworker and I'm not quite sure how to handle it. Hoping you can help. I have a coworker who goes into the bathroom every single day and smokes pot. She lights up in the morning and then again at the end of the day. The smell is awful and anyone who walks into the bathroom when she's in here comes out smelling like a skunk. I know that pot is legal in NYS, and I have nothing against people using it, but should it really be okay to use it at work. I mean people wouldn't bring a bottle of booze into the office and have some shots before the day started. So, should I tell the boss, or do I just let this go. The other problem is me and a few of my other coworkers end up having to pick up her slack while she's high. What would you do? Thanks for the help ~ Alyssa. Well, I'm with Alyssa. I have no problem with people who want to use a legal substance, but it should be on their own time, not during work.
