I gotta admit, I wouldn't have thought to try this. We love salty and sweet combos though....so I want to try it!
While everyone is arguing if watermelon belongs on pizza this guy flipped the question to "does pizza belong on watermelon?" and tested it out. He fried the watermelon on each side to caramelize it before spreading a barbecue sauce and sprinkling cheese. He says it's actually very tasty if you dare to give it a try!
