"Journey's Greatest Hits" becomes only the third album to spend at least 800 weeks on the Billboard 200 album chart.
The 15-track album was released in 1988 and includes music from Journey albums between 1978 and 1986, as well as "Only the Young" and "Ask the Lonely" from movie soundtracks. "Dark Side of the Moon" by Pink Floyd holds the record with 989 weeks on the chart, followed by Bob Marley and the Wailers' compilation album "Legend" 830 weeks. Metallica's 1991 self-titled album is at 747 weeks and is likely to be the next album to reach the 800-week mark.
